Sick Leave Credits…what is that?
If you are a University of Wisconsin employee and are thinking of retiring in the next few years, did you know that you are able to take your unused sick leave and convert them into credits?
These credits can be converted into a dollar amount which can be used to help pay for health insurance premiums. This is a pretty nice perk since you will be responsible for paying the entire premium amount for your health care once you retire.
